About the Journal

The Journal of Management Organization Association is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published twice a year by the Management and Organization Association. It began publication in 2024.

AIMS AND SCOPE
The journal aims to make original research that contributes to theoretical and applied knowledge in management and organization available to researchers in accordance with scholarly publishing principles. Its scope includes management, organization, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, leadership, business, and related interdisciplinary studies. It accepts original research articles and review articles in Turkish and English.

EDITORIAL AND PEER-REVIEW PROCESS
Submissions first undergo editorial screening for fit with the journal's aims and scope, scholarly quality, and compliance with the author guidelines. Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer-review process in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another. The editorial office makes the final publication decision.

ETHICS AND ORIGINALITY
A submission must not have been published previously or be under simultaneous consideration by another journal. Authors are responsible for compliance with research and publication ethics. For research requiring ethics committee approval, approval information must be stated in the manuscript and the relevant document must be included with the submission.

OPEN ACCESS AND LICENCE
All content is freely accessible immediately upon publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence. The journal charges no submission, review, or publication fees.

The authors are responsible for the views and assessments expressed in articles published by the journal.
